Bottle Blowing Unit: The manipulator transfers the heated preform to the mold along a certain cam curve. The preform is stretched and pre-blown, and then blown into a bottle shape by high-pressure air. The robot arm conveys the blown bottle outward along a certain cam curve.
Filling Unit: The blown bottles are transferred to the filling machine through the transition wheel. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottle clamp on the lifting cylinder, and it rises and falls under the action of the cam. The filling machine adopts the gravity filling method, the bottle mouth rises to open the filling valve to start filling, and the filling ends when the material rises to the position where the air return hole is blocked. After the filling is finished, the bottle mouth drops and leaves the filling valve.
Capping Unit: The bottle enters the capping machine through the transition wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine jams the bottleneck to keep the bottle upright and prevent it from rotating. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and realizes the actions of capping, capping, capping, and capping under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle-out conveyor chain through the bottle-out dial, and then the three-in-one filling machine is sent out by the conveyor chain.
Preform Feeding and Discharging: the preforms enter the elevator from the blank feeding hopper and are conveyed to the blank sorting device. Through blank discharging, the preforms are automatically arranged into the star wheel and sent to the heating zone. The processing of billets is fully automatically controlled, and the efficiency of billets is high without hurting the preforms.
Warmer Heating: the loaded preform is carried by the reversible mandrel, and the mandrel smoothly turns the preform into a state where the bottle mouth is downward and the body is upward. This state is beneficial to the bottle mouth. The threaded part is in the state of heat insulation protection process. At the same time, the mandrel carrying the preform is still rotating at a constant speed under the drive of the revolution chain, and passes through the outer heating light box and the inner cooling system at a constant speed.
