Product Description

The FL-90 5-gallon bottle blower is specifically designed to produce 5-gallon bottles as well as a variety of high-volume PET bottles. The machine can produce up to 90 five-gallon bottles per hour, and even up to 120 per hour using light gram-weight bottle embryos. FL-90 is divided into blowing bottle host and rotating infrared heater. Due to the thick wall of the bottle embryo, the ordinary heating system cannot achieve the ideal heating effect of the bottle embryo, while the infrared heater can penetrate the inside and outside of the bottle embryo, and the heating is long-lasting and uniform, which ensures the good forming quality.
