The exhibition has been held annually since 2003 and is hosted by Comexposium, the largest French exhibition company that has hosted the SIAL series. The exhibition is only open to professional visitors and guarantees the quality of the visitors. The Algerian International Food Show is clearly divided into four sections:Food and Beverage Hall, Food Processing, Ingredient and Mechanical Packaging Refrigeration Museum (equipment, raw materials and fruit and vegetable packaging, meat, milk and dairy products, beverages, cereals, candy packaging), baked goods and equipment hall (bread, pastry and raw materials), Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Museum. Bread is the main food in Algeria, and manufacturers of bread and pastry in Algeria need to find new manufacturing equipment and raw materials and additives. Most exhibitors highly praised the show.
