The machine for glass bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas, and designed according to filling processing demands of beer.

Working Principle Of Beer Bottling Machine Glass Bottle Beer Filling Machine:
The bottle enters into the filling part of 3-in-1 machine through screw by convey chain. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. the filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches the bottleneck, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling, the full bottle is transferred to the capping part through hold neck transition poking wheel. The guard plate holds bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping headkeeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging through the action of the cam. The full bottle is transferred to bottle outlet conveyor to the next process through poking wheel.

1 - All parts contacting with beverages adopt top grade stainless steels whose surfaces are polished till smooth for easy rinsing. The sealing materials are EPDM rubber.

2 - Adopt PLC as center control, make use of pressure transmitter and electromagnetism pneumatic valve to measure liquid level, keep balance of filling pressure to insure stable liquid level.
3 - Adopt new type filling valves which are especially designed for plastic bottles. The returned air and the liquid in filling tank are insulated to insure cleanliness of the filled beverages.

4 - Adopt advanced magnet clutches for capping with adjustable torsional moment to insure capping safely and reliably.
