Product Description :

5. Application Scope: water,carbonated drink,juice,milk,oil,daily chemical bottles etc.
Automatic stretch blow molding machine adopts infrared type heating mode, whose superior thermal-radiation and thermal penetrability provide machine with powerful heating to meet strict preform heating requirement under speedy moving.
Infrared heating lamps placed onto three heating zone with 10 sets of independent voltage adjusting module and advanced microcomputer controller, can offer ideal heating for preform in different size.
Each lamp's horizontal position is adjustable to keep the machine flexible.
Adopts four-plate type toggle clamping unit to provide powerful clamping force and increase the clamping speed.
Apart from the four-plate type toggle clamping unit, there is a high pressure assistant clamping device that is special designed to get a firm clamping.
Full automatic PET Bottle blowing Bar distance and circuitous type pre-form carrier systems, energy saving 50﹪
High response, image high-quality control system, specially support simple USB program upgrade, providing strong guarantee for equipment upgrade, troubleshooting.
The servo motor use SMC cylinder.
Low-pressure control systems match with FESTO and PARKER
